Preparation
The secret to the Dunked Wing is the two-stage preparation process that ensures the sauce complements rather than softens the crunch:

The Dunking Process: Once perfectly fried, the wings are immediately tossed in a specialized vat of our Honey Ginger or Soy-based Dunked sauce while still hot.
