01 Platform Registration

Registration for an Account is free and does not oblige the Customer to purchase anything. However, you must successfully register and have a valid username and password to transact.

• You undertake to provide Tiyeni Xpress with complete and accurate information.
• Online transacting is conducted entirely at the Customer’s own risk and responsibility.
• Registration is subject to our Privacy, Refund, and Terms of Use policies.

02 Use of the Platform

The Customer bears all responsibility and is fully liable for all transactions conducted under their Account, irrespective of whether the activity is authorized or fraudulent.

• You must notify Tiyeni Xpress immediately of any suspected unauthorized account use.
• The use of robots, spiders, or automated devices to monitor or modify the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Tiyeni Xpress accepts no liability for damages incurred from the misuse of the platform.

03 User & Customer’s Obligations

By using this platform, you warrant that all information provided is:

• Accurate and not misleading or fraudulent.
• In compliance with all applicable Malawian laws and regulations.
• Not offensive, threatening, or constituting harassment.
• Free of viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious programs.

04 Orders, Services & Products

Tiyeni Xpress reserves the right to accept, reject, or amend any order based on availability, correctness of information, or receipt of payment.

• Once submitted, an Order cannot be cancelled unless specified by service-specific terms.
• Availability of items and service schedules may be amended at our discretion.

05 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of on-demand services (food, rides, stays), all sales are generally final. Physical items cannot be returned unless assessed to be defective and in original condition.

• Accepted returns are issued as online platform credit or replacement items.
• Shipping costs and surcharges are non-refundable.

06 Price Policy & Taxes

Prices listed on the platform are subject to change without prior notice. All Orders will be billed at the prices prevailing at the time of Order confirmation. Prices are inclusive of VAT or other applicable Sales Taxes for Malawi.

07 Delivery & Fulfillment

Delivery is available to addresses within operational zones. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations deemed unfeasible or constituting an unacceptable risk.

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Tiyeni Xpress shall not be held responsible for losses sustained due to delivery delays.

08 Payment Options & Security

Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, and integrated digital wallets. Card transactions are acquired via PayFast or approved gateways.

• Strict encryption is used for all transactions.
• No card details are stored directly on the Tiyeni Xpress platform.

09 Jurisdiction & Domicile

This platform and these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. All transactions are conducted in Malawian Kwacha (MWK).

10 Limitation of Liability

The use of the platform is entirely at the Customer's own risk. Tiyeni Xpress, its directors, and employees disclaim all liability for any damage, loss, or consequential liability arising from the use of the platform or defective services provided by third-party merchants.
